Delivering an AFL field reconstruction at Bryan Martyn Oval.
Turfcare successfully delivered an AFL ground at Bryan Martyn oval in Market St, Newport.
Working closely with engineers, agronomists and surveyors, Turfcare built the oval meeting all contract specifications and proudly handed over the oval to Hobsons Bay City Council in February 2019.
Working with a team of subcontractors, we managed the reconstruction of the AFL Field at Bryan Martyn Oval. We were involved every step of the way, from the removal of the existing turf wicket, to laser levelling of the base, importing more than 6,000 tonne of washed sand and finishing with 18,000m2 of Santa Ana instant turf. The result was a totally reconstructed oval boasting a new turf wicket, irrigation system, coaches boxes, fencing and goal posts.
Turfcare were extremely proud of the result produced for Hobsons Bay City Council and the community.
