Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

We are extremely proud to have launched our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan.

Launching our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan

Our 2024-2025 Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan has been developed as part of the Solutions Group. It is a demonstration of our commitment to advancing reconciliation, bridging the divide between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians, and building a workforce that values the unique contributions of First Nations peoples.

The development of our RAP as part of the is rooted in a dedication to creating “legacy spaces” — landscapes that respect and incorporate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultural values and sustainable practices. This commitment aligns with Reconciliation Australia’s five dimensions of reconciliation: Race Relations, Equality and Equity, Unity, Institutional Integrity, and Historical Acceptance.

We acknowledge that reconciliation is not one single act, but a journey. Through our RAP, we aim to contribute to a future where positive relationships are built on trust and respect, and where racism has no place in our society. We recognise that for reconciliation to be meaningful, it must move beyond mere acknowledgment, driving actionable change that addresses historical injustices, fosters respect, and supports opportunities for First Nations peoples.

We look forward to the year ahead as we continue to foster respectful relationships and work to create lasting opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples now and into the future.
